Over 30 years experience in 300+ facilities
David has worked with hundreds of manufacturing facilities spanning a wide range of industries, technologies and fabricating and processing methods (see Expertise). He has learned many valuable lessons and has developed an eye to quickly see the potential for improvement. David has an excellent track record of achieving the potential improvements outlined by improving his customers logistics, streamlining operations, lowering cost and improving the design of their products. He is an expert at showing his customers how to quickly and successfully implement ERP/DRP systems. He has helped many customers repair existing systems to achieve the best results with difficult manufacturing processes, products and market demands (see Company for an overview of consulting services).
Review and Consulting Process
It usually only takes me two days to review a manufacturing facility or company. This is enough time for me to see the potential for improvement, what resources it will take and how much time is needed to achieve these results. This review forms the foundation to set goals and develop plans. If management desires, David will direct the project team during periodic visits acting as a catalyst to oversee the changes by coaching, challenging and educating the project team (see Projects for an outline of projects worked on). The timing of these visits is usually two days a month. He has consistently produced results for his customers at 10 to 100 times the cost of consulting services (see Testimonials for a sample of results).
